Job Summary
Organizational Development & Performance Management:
? Assists the OD Manager in implementing OD intervention program such as but not limited to Competency Based HR Systems, Performance Management System, Promotion and Career Development, Succession Planning, Employee Retention, Change Management, Culture Building Program and Workforce Development.
? Contributes to research, analysis and ideas to ensure that organizational development and change management strategies, processes and interventions that supports the company to be a high performing organization.
? Conduct orientation, training and learning sessions for OD and Organizational Change initiatives.
? Produce related reports for Performance Management and other OD initiatives.
? Oversees compliance with the performance management system - performance feedback, monitoring and appraisal.
? Engage all employees for the implementation of performance management policies, procedures and systems
Learning and Development
? Conceptualize, develops and implements training programs that will develop the behavioral/ technical competencies of employees within the organization.
? Selects and monitors internal and external trainers and vendors to deliver consistent training programs and services.
? Researching and recommends a complement of internal and external learning programs that align with the organization’s business objectives and employee needs.
? Executes the entire training process, needs assessment, development and/or outsourcing of training programs, including content, delivering of training programs and evaluation of the effectiveness of training.
? Prepares Training Calendar and Training budget for the year
? Conduct orientation (NEO) to the newly hired employees.
? Identify organizational training needs based on business objectives, talent strategies, succession planning and Individual Development Plan
