Virtual Assistant

Hours: Part-Time -> Full-Time

Job Duties:
-Manage Agency emails
-Maintain Agents Calendar
-Maintain / Track Sales Pipeline & Policy Service Requests
-Data Entry
-Agency System - QQ Catalyst
-Client Information
-Document all Client Contact / Correspondence
-Project/Task Management - QQ Catalyst Tasks
-Update Policy Pipeline
-Assign tasks to agents / CSR and followup
-Track Policy Service Requests
-Electronic Document Management of Policies, Endorsements, Correspondence, Inspections, Applications, etc
-QQ and Google Drive
-Application & Policy Document Sets
-Compile necessary documents
-Review for & Gather Missing Information
-Gather missing Info/Signatures
-Coordinate Inspections
-Document Agency Administrative and Office Processes & Procedures
-Assist in creating Marketing Materials (brochures, flyers, etc)
-Assist with Social Media Marketing

Required Qualification:
-Communicate proficiently in English via Phone/Email
-Proficient with computer, office software and other technology
-Highly Organized
-Excellent Documentation Skills
