I'm looking for a HIGHLY TEACHABLE assistant with great written English who can handle the lead generation for our fast-growing, PPC & Sales Funnel/Marketing Funnel Agency. Work under the supervision of my Filipino supervisor based in ---------- the beginning, this is a part time job, yet it can become a full-time job and we can give you more important tasks to handle if you're a great candidate.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Send proposals to job posts via Upwork.
Work with our lead generation manager (also from the Philippines)
Work 8 hours a day 6 days a week (in the beginning)

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION:
Will pay daily for the first week, then on a weekly basis after the first week
We pay bonuses for great work (if your lead generation efforts generate sales for us, we will reward you accordingly) - We reward results. This job is about providing value.

Bonuses :
a. if proposals submitted : reply rate 15% - 30% bonus $75.00
b. if proposals submitted : reply rate 31% - 50% bonus $100.00
c. if proposals submitted : reply rate 51% and above bonus $150.00
d. every converted client get $50.00

We paid 13 month Bonus (for the candidate that qualifies for a full-time position job which includes lead generation and customer support tasks)
