Can you draw and animate cartoon characters?

Looking for a Flash animator with strong character design and frame by frame animation skills.

Must have Flash CS5 or above.

Must be able to work 35+ hours a week

Guaranteed 3 months work

You must have a showreel which should show basic things like walk cycles, facial expression changes etc.
