Wordpress Directory Theme Development

We have a Wordpress site that is more than 50% complete. Current developers based in the far east are taking too long and we are increasingly frustrated with the lack of results. We've decided to try outsourcing the project to developers in Eastern Europe instead, hoping to achieve more time effective and efficient results and are prepared to pay for the higher levels of productivity.

We have had enough of being jerked around and developers not producing results.

BetterYachtBusiness.com is a business directory on which users can rate and review businesses in the yachting industry.
Some details about the project:

• Uses modified Geotheme plug-in to allow data to be entered into the directory by data capturers. The modifications are mostly complete but it may need some work.
• Buddypress has been installed and needs to be integrated for social media functionality and a greater focus on users. This is been done to some extent but will need some work.
• There will be a document repository and job board. (plugins to be supplied)
• There is a forum (using the Mingle Forum plug-in) which has been set up but may need some work.
We have wire framed out most of the site which should give you a very good idea of what we want, although some degree of initiative will be appreciated, especially regarding the finer points of design.
