Wordpress Web Developer/Designer

Hi! I am looking for a web designer/developer to build a website for an online homeschooling summit I am running in February. You will need to create a straightforward, easy-to-use, high-converting site for purchasers/members and affiliates.

The summit will run within Facebook. The site itself is focussed on
- Running a giveaway
- Selling tickets
- Hosting the content from the Summit, when completed, within a membership portal

The skeleton of the site is there, but you will need to
- Install and test payment processing using Restrict Content Pro, Stripe, and Paypal
- Create easy-to-use checkout and thank you pages
- Create and install minimalist, user-friendly page templates using Divi
- Add speaker details to the landing page from Google Forms
- Install sign-up forms and pop-ups from MailerLite
- Design and test KingSumo Giveaways
- Ensure Affiliate WP is set up in a clear and easy-to-use way for affiliates
- Design membership pages for paid attendees, and upload completed workshop videos and content using VooPlayer

You must have 2+ years Wordpress experience.
You must have experience with Divi.
Experience with the above plugins and programs is a significant plus.
You must have the ability to work independently with minimal direction – I am happy to show you exactly what I want, but I expect you to be able to deliver it without me holding your hand for every step.
Your English must be good enough to communicate clearly via email and understand audio/video instructions I may provide. I’m Australian, without a strong accent. I don’t expect perfect grammar or spelling.

Work begins as soon as you’re ready. You may choose your own hours, but because it’s an online event there are hard deadlines for each stage that you must meet. Please ensure you will be able to spend the time you need to on this project.

At present this job is short-term and paid hourly, but there is plenty more work for a person who is competent. If we’re both pleased with the results we can discuss making it a long-term, permanent position to help me run regular summits and my multiple blogs, because I could do with some help!
