Junior Front End Developer

We are looking to hire a Junior Developer with a focus on front-end development to assist in the development of applications to be used in a Mortgage Broking business based in Melbourne Australia. You will work with our head developer to deliver extraordinary user experience and interface

Responsibilities :

Work independently and as part of a team to create a cutting-edge mortgage portal
Identify and troubleshoot issues as needed, documenting development
Design and implement UI requirements
Develop PHP libraries and reusable class according to requirements

Qualifications:
Full stack PHP developer
Experience developing web application using PHP 5.4+ is required
Experience in developing front-end user interface code for websites
Experience coding in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap
Have good knowledge in building RestFul API
Have knowledge of Javascript frameworks/librarys is a plus e.g AngularJS, React, Redux, Vue, Node etc
Familiarity with one or more modern PHP frameworks (Laravel, Zend, CodeIgniter, etc.)
Have knowledge in mysql/mariadb and querying JSON data types.
Ability to identify and quickly fix HTML, CSS and scripting compatibility issues between different browsers and platforms
Have knowledge in using version control tools specifically git
Ability to work in both an individual and team based environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
