Need someone capable, quick and competent to Modifiy an existing PHP Directory script !!

We need someone to modify existing php directory script

Please take a look at the categories:

These are businesses or people with a product or service, this current layout is what we want to replace with the new directory engine, but with the following visual

First, your general business category list, is not what we talked about, but we referenced the one at:http://www.autismtoday.com/resources/

However, instead we want to use the list at:

http://www.autismtoday.com/directory-listings.php

Initially, the user should ONLY see:

1. a list of categories with checkboxes, then when checked:

2. a list of states and provinces where there are matching records for the category checked, with a list of cities beneath those states and provinces that have a record in the database

So when they click on the category, the list of said geographic locations is displayed with a check box, so they then click on a location which triggers the list of businesses (with address and phone#) to display.

and PAID as follows:

They then click on a business and a dedicated page for that business displays with full contact information, link to website, email, free-form description of their product(s) or services, Youtube links, books published with a link to Amazon.

For the right person this should be a breeze.
