Virtual Digital Marketing Assistant Needed To Start Immediately

We are a trendy Jewelry / Clothing company looking for an experienced Virtual Digital Marketing Assistant who is willing to work hard and grow with the company. He/She will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks such as:

- Customer service: looking for orders, investigating the status of each order, responding to customer emails in a polite and friendly manner and finding resolutions. Communicating with suppliers and resolving issues. Excellent English required. Experience with Shopify / Oberlo is a plus.
- Responding to Facebook & Instagram comments and messages.
- Responsible for growing our Pinterest accounts.
- Responsible for growing our Instagram account.
- Placing customer orders through our software.
- Affiliate/Ambassador Program: responsible for expanding and recruiting new affiliates into our ambassador program.
- SEO and product copy writing.
- Email marketing: creating our email newsletter each week with the available template we currently use.
- Designing: responsible for creating simple T-shirt designs. Basic knowledge of photoshop or Illustrator needed.
- Collaborating with the manager on any other required tasks
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.

This is a full time job. Monday to Saturday. 7 hours a day. Willing to work: 8 am – 11 am EST and 8 am – 12 pm EST. The virtual assistant will need to be connected to Skype during these times and available for a call at required anytime. Punctuality is a MUST. Excellent and fast internet connection is a MUST.
She/He knows how to work independently if the manager is not available.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
Marketing assistant experience.
Excellent English written communication skills.
A high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Experience using computers for a variety of ---------- petency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Basic skills on Photoshop or Illustrator.
Good organization skills.
