Awesome Fast Working New VA For Amazon Based FBA Business

Hi, my name is Brandon and we are looking to hire a super talented, fast working and motivated full time VA, to help run our Amazon FBA based business. We’ve started this business a few years ago and it seems to be growing so fast, that we need to hire more and more people (this is a good problem to have!)

This may be a great fit if you love working in a rapidly growing constantly changing Amazon based FBA business – love learning new things and constantly working with new processes and software (while still working with many daily tasks).

You will be given vacation time, and medical benefits after a trial period.

Our dream VA will have experience with Amazon Seller Central and working within an FBA business. They also will be a quick worker, good writer, with quick typing speeds, and a fast stable internet connection. Our new VA should be able to work during business hours EST, and will have superb communication and organization skills.

We want you to enjoy coming to work for us - this job is for a full time position – 40 hours a week, we expect you to not have any other employment.

Here is what is not great about the job: You’ll have to work business hours, EST. Occasionally you might have to check customer service on nights and weekends.

Day to Day tasks will include:
Customer service such as responding to negative reviews, or to customers who have had bad experiences.
Filling out data for reports such as inventory status, number of refunds, jfn. ae excel
Reconciling shipments and working with other reimbursements
Process orders on sites like wayfair, Walmart, ebay jet, etc.

We also have a whole host of other tasks that need work as needed such as product and competitor research, etc. as tasks come up.

We expect you to be very busy and to work in a quick and efficient manner! If for some reason we don't have work, we expect you to make suggestions as to possible work that can be done.

Pluses – great excel skills (including vlookup, pivot tables, etc.), great analytical skills, experience with social media and facebook ads, basic graphic design work
