JOB OVERVIEW

PSI Service is a U.S. based company established in 1996. PSI provides health insurance plans for international students, scholars, and their dependents in the U.S. PSI works with over 900 colleges, universities, and secondary schools. We are looking for more Customer Service Associates to join our dynamic team!

Primary responsibilities:

- Provide product and service information via phone, email, or social media
- Assist students in navigating ---------- for products, services, and enrollment
- Reach out to customers to verify eligibility status, renewals, account information, etc.
- Update school and customer information in our database
- Assist the business development team on a variety of research work

Requirements:

- At least 6 months work experience as CSR
- Must have very good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a quiet and functional work space at home (no background noise, dogs, traffic, etc.)
- Must have an average internet speed of at 8 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload
- Must be willing to anytime between 9am - 8pm Eastern Standard Time
- Must be flexible to work during the weekends
- Bachelor's/College degree
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus but not required
