Review my current homepage PSD and make changes to make it squeaky clean!

I have a home page PSD that now needs to be cleaned up and turned into a stunning and outstanding one. I have the images and everything else where I need it to be on the PSD but I would like someone to improve it significantly. Alignments, colours, text font, sharpness of images etc

I would like you to spend about 4 hours on cleaning up the PSD.

Your job is look at the fonts, making everything consistent and colour coordinating. A clue here is that the top banner would probably need to be changed.

This is a 4 hour job for quick weekend money, but if you give me exceptional input I will hire you to create the rest of the pages of this site.

I plan to hire about 10 people to have a go at improving the PSD. I will pay everyone for the 4 hours of self evident high quality improvement of the home page PSD.
