The role
We are seeking a General VA who will be responsible for completing specific tasks and processes. Initial responsibilities will include:
• Product research
• Posting the product ads on ebay.com.au using software.
• Responding to customer inquiries, questions, and complaints.

Training will be provided.

This is an ongoing role with progression towards running the store in its entirety, so responsibilities will expand as required.

The ideal candidate
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, eager to learn, with a university degree, and who is proficient in English. Ideally, the candidate has experience with e-commerce and dropshipping.

You must have a reliable internet connection, at least one year of work experience, and be available for Skype meetings at times to be arranged.

Experience with the Sku Fetch software is desired but not necessary.

Candidates will be tested to determine if they can undertake the role and a 30-day trial period will apply to the top candidate.
