JOB DESCRIPTION
Come up with various sourcing strategies, together with the HR Supervisor, to ensure effective recruitment
Conduct and interpret Psychological Tests.
Conduct initial interviews.
Conduct thorough background investigation on applicants prior to final selection.
Coordinate for second and final interviews.
Ensure recruitment process is done within required turn-around time.
Maintain continuous pooling of highly qualified applicants for all positions and ensure that vacant positions are filled out in a timely manner to avoid breakdown in operations.
Prepare job offers for new hires.
Ensure monthly Employee Alphalist/Master File is updated accurately.
Ensure pre-employment requirements are complete prior to deployment of new hire.
Prepare employment contracts accurately and prior to deployment.
Handle personnel placement and movement.
Handle other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any equivalent course.
With at least one (2) years related experience.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Word.
Must be excellent in communication skills.
Must have good time management skills.
Must be independent, flexible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
With positive disposition and has the ability to handle pressure well.
Must be willing to field work and visits in branches
