We are a training company and we are looking for a responsible and resourceful virtual assistant who is proficient in writing and speaking English to join our team. Working remotely, the virtual assistant will support marketing and business development activities (maintain a target list, draft and send periodic email campaigns), assist with the project management of the team’s scheduling and delivery of training course and consulting assignments, update and finalize training course materials, assist with finance and administration duties, draft, organize and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key business activities, manage communications (emails, calls, messages, etc.), assist with client service type tasks, and assist in any other activities required by the team. The ideal candidate is tech savvy (for example, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Trello, etc.) able to communicate through multiple channels, is results-oriented and committed to producing high quality/accurate deliverables with a “just-do-it” and “do-it-right-the-first-time” attitude and is super organized.
