Copywriter Wanted!

Seeking a dynamic and self-motivated copywriter for a book on real estate. Must be able to take rough, unedited audio transcripts and outlined bullet points, and form them into simple but professional prose. Experience with real estate a plus.
Requirements:
-Super fluent in spoken and written English
-Strong research skills
-Good listening skills
-Must have the technical means to play audio files in mp3, acc, and wav files.
-Responsive to feedback
-Creative
-Fun to work with
-Eager to Please
-Available to skype/VOIP chat during reasonable US hours
Compensation: 4-8 USD per hour depending on experience.
