Real Estate Assistant

I am looking for highly motivated and creative personal assistant with exceptional communication skills. This skill set is important as the position required attention to details and creativity. You will be representing me and most of the time you will be the first point of contact with some very important clients. I am looking for someone who will leave an amazing first impression before passing the client to me. I also need someone that is comfortable making cold calls to generate buyers and sellers for Upgrade to see actual infoanization is a key for this position. You will be posting different ads online, taking care of my social media profiles and following a particular set of systems which will make our collaboration easier. Maintaining my website to help generate leads.

The role includes the following acts:
- Communication with clients
- Posting Ads on Daily Basis
- Developing social media profiles
- Reporting all ads posted on an Excel spreadsheet
- Schedule appointments
- Create design for posts (canvas.com)
- Making Cold Calls
- Organizing
- Managing my website
- Managing my social media
- Managing my files

This role is not limited to the above activities. I am looking for someone who will go the extra mile and advice on how can we improve.
