Expert in Merch By Amazon- Creative T-shirt designer.

?I am looking for an ambitious, experienced T-Shirt Designer / Illustrator to work with me as soon as possible. ??What skills do you need to have??
- Create ORIGINAL, HAND DRAWN creative T-Shirt designs. Applicants with no Illustration or hand-drawn samples in their portfolio will not be accepted. ?
- Be able to create up to 4~5 original designs per day, Fluent english?- You should know the platforms and regulations/specifications. We will work together on a bunch of designs.?- The graphics should always be unique and with no copyright infringement in it. Each design have to transfer the .png file.
? Stable Internet connection, organized and reliable (meeting design deadlines)?- But also have fun and enjoy your work!??
What will be your task? ?I will send you a list of ideas for t-shirts in different niches that I would like, and I would like you to be artistic and creative to (re-)create the idea in your own style. sometimes i will send you the Niche name or the KEYWORDS related to a specific niche and you create a unique design, ?For example, I may send you a link or image and I would like your unique spin on the idea to create a more visually appealing design, improving it without copying the original one! It is VERY IMPORTANT that you create the illustrations yourself and do not copy any graphics from other sources or violate any trademarks or copyrights!??
What will you get??- If you are looking for a long-term position, then apply! ?- The salary depends on your skill set, experience, amount and type of ---------- the beginning, you will get 130 php per hand-drawn design. If your designs sell well, the rate will be increased.

What i don't want: i cannot have you gathering graphics or shirts designs from the internet and turning them in to me, you may use shirts around the internet as inspiration, but you cannot straight copy them. the designs you turn in must be unique. you will also have some freedom to give me your own unique designs not inspired by things i have given you.
