Costumer Support Person

Brainwave Marketing is looking for a full time Costumer Support Officer.

Applicants must have a relevant background with Customer Service in a drop shipping company - Shopify. Your daily task would be to attend to costumers' needs and quires. So this would need a full attention.

Potential Applicants must possess the following:
-Background with Email Support
• Preferably knowledgeable in using Trello, Slack and hubstaff.
• Able to work with minimal supervision
- Has the CAN-DO Attitude
- FLEXIBLE with the schedule
-Can follow instructions and can cope up with Stress
• Highly motivated and a fast learner
• Strong work ethic and driven to succeed.
• Open personality to improvement and can take constructive criticism well if applicable
• Honesty and integrity are the keys to succeed and grow in this position

Work hours and schedule
• 40 hours per week, you will be required to use/install Hubstaff to track work hours.
• Expected work hours will be Monday to Friday, 5PM-1AM Philippine time.
• Must be fully focused and committed with strict exclusivity to the role maintained at all times (no other projects or commitments on the side).
