Customer in Charge

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Others or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Preferable with background in planning and customer service
- Proficient in using micro soft office (word, excel and power point)
- Flexible and can work under pressure

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare material requisition for customer’s purchase order
- Coordinate delivery and order status to customer
- Coordinate to all concern sections all information received from customers
- Prepare and ensure correctness and completeness of all delivery documents
- Prepare daily delivery report
- Prepare monthly sales budget and forecast
- Prepare monthly material forecast
- Prepare monthly Sales analysis and GPR analysis
- Prepare monthly Statement of Account
