JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to two fast-paced Australian Tax and Accountant Directors.

As their Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including:

• Assisting with on-boarding of new Accounting clients and comms with existing clients
• Issuing of email templates,
• Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents,
• Create business presentations, flyers and other marketing material,
• Excel and other data entry,
• Updating facebook, Instagram and Linkedin
• Other administrative tasks

Ultimately, you must be able to deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision and be able to communicate openly. We believe that open communication is key in ensuring a successful engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good spoken and written English
• Attention to detail
• Fast, reliable PC and Smart Phone
• Ability to use a wide range of software and platforms. Microsoft Office is essential.
• As the tasks are varied, one must be flexible, adaptive, and creative
• Proactive in reaching out for tasks and sending end-of-day reports
• Trustworthy and works with integrity
• Friendly demeanour
• Financial and Accounting knowledge is a big BONUS!
• Stable and fast internet connection
