We are a small team of 12 specialising in online graphic software.
We are currently recruiting TWO new customer service agents who can be attentive to customer needs to provide customer support part time on week-ends (friday, saturday and sunday) only. Hours and targets:
- friday, saturday and sunday only
- 12 hours per day (non negotiable, hours will be tracked and missed hours will lead to dismissal)
- choice of shift: 6AM to 6PM EST or 8AM to 8PM EST (non negotiable)
- using timedoctor for monitoring productivity
- mandatory target of 80 tickets per day and 4.1 average quality score (easily attainable)
- temporary basis: this is a 30 day contract

Requirements:
- excellent command of the english language, written and verbal
- experience in a customer service environment
- preferably additional experience in offering customer support on social media
- fast typing skills
- fast internet connection
- ability to take a daily video calls with the support manager
- ability to work on saturdays or sundays (can alternate)
- ability to maintain strict targets
- resilience and strength of spirit
Common tasks:
- customer access/registration/logins issues
- billing, refunds queries
- product how-to queries
You will be provided with extensive training (6 hours) over Zoom/Skype.
