Operations Executive with Event Planning Experience

We are a Singapore-based event management company (www.getout.events) and we’re looking for a full-time operations executive to join our team!

Your daily tasks would be to:
1) Source for event Contractors such as venues, event hosts, performers, transportation, manpower, gifts, etc.
2) Create event Budget sheets
3) Co-ordinate with selected Contractors regarding bookings, payment, etc
