I am looking to build a long term working relationship with someone who is excited to learn on the job, while helping me to grow my business.

I provide both online and in-person training to early childhood teachers (those working with children 5 years-old or younger) and need the support of a full time Virtual Assistant to do customer service/client on-boarding as well as help with the “back end,” as we create efficient systems to scale the business.

I am embarking on the 3rd year of developing my business (after being a college professor for 8 years and a preschool teacher before that) and I am THRILLED to be in a position to hire a full time online Virtual Assistant. I want to find someone who is as excited to learn about everything needed to run a successful online business as I am!

Initial tasks:
• Provide customer service via email for online courses (courses housed in Teachable)
• Proofread weekly email newsletter and putting them into Convertkit scheduler
• Turn weekly email into a blog post and put it into Squarespace blog and LinkedIn blog
• Schedule weekly blog post for social media promotion using Buffer to schedule
• Play a support role in finding early childhood content to post on social media via Buffer
• Learn about early childhood by watching videos and reading online, as assigned
• Learn how to use Teachable, Convertkit, Squarespace blog, and Buffer
• Data entry – enter hand-written emails from a PDF into Convertkit
• SPECIAL PROJECT: conduct online research and report findings (will be explained)
• Other tasks and online research, as needed

You do not need experience with each of the platforms above (Teachable, Convertkit, Buffer, etc…). You just need an interest in learning them! I learned them all in the last 2 years. Once we master the above list we will grow from there, since many of the above tasks will not take long once you learn them.

Some special opportunities:
- A potential one-year employment anniversary trip to Los Angeles (if you like) for exceptional service so we can strategize about how to grow the business in 2020 (includes lodging and some time off!).
- 4 hours per week of professional development (more to start) - this is paid time where you are learning about both my field and about online business ideas, strategies and systems.
- 4 weeks of vacation/sick time per ---------- tes:
- Must work 2am-10am or at least 4 hours within so we can collaborate in real time.
- You'll receive the 13th month bonus on 12/15/20 (but not 2019 since we'll have just started).
- We'll begin with a 3-month probation at PHP 23,859.23, $450 USD/month with weekly check in’s on how it’s going and a monthly review.
- If after 3 months we agree that it's a great success you'll receive up to PHP/31,812/mnth, $600 USD thereafter.
