Website troubleshooting

I need someone to look at a website and tell me why it's slow. Must know html, css, scripts, etc. Knowing SEO is a bonus and if you can get traffic you will definitely get more work. This is a one time job and might lead to more jobs or possibly full time employment.

Will pay 20usd for a full report on what needs to be fixed. If your report checks out I will pay another 50usd to see progress on the fix and potentially more from there.
