JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Amazon Account Manager specialized in Customer Support.
We require a minimum 1 year experience in Amazon Account Management, with an advanced English level.

Must be available to work during USA business hours.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor product listing with consistent maintenance
- Responsible for creating and managing Amazon Seller Support cases
- Clearly communicate the progress of daily, weekly and monthly initiatives to the Amazon Director
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and forecasts)
- Customer support

• Perform daily customer services messages
• Run A-Z claims, chargeback claims and return requests that are already out-of-policy.
• Monitor various system notifications which relate to accounts, product or listing issues. Handle promptly according to guidelines and SOPs.
• Manage Inventory for suppressed, stranded and listing enhancements on all accounts.
• Monitor Performance Notifications and Seller Feedback on all accounts. Handle promptly according to guidelines and SOPs.
• Monitor and respond to all product reviews
• Monitor and respond to all seller feedback

Knowledge Management
Stay up to date with Amazon policies and best ---------- rm management of pertinent updates and changes that might have on the company
Proactively build a knowledge database of training materials and new procedures.
Own the management and proper organization of this SOP library.

Requirements and Experience:
Experience running and managing an Amazon account is required
Experience with product research on websites such as Alibaba, Thomasnet, and MFG is highly preferred
Proven customer service experience is preferred
Must be organized and able to systemize processes with comprehensive documentation
Must have strong initiative and proactively seek new knowledge
Familiarity with file sharing systems such as, or google drive is preferred
English fluency both in verbal and written communication is required.
Must have strong attention to detail and natural ability to follow instructions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
Must be able to provide evidence of ‘typing speed’ results and ‘interneconnection speed and reliability’.
Have a positive ‘can-do’ ---------- n solve problems, independently.
A team player who is trustworthy and respectful of others.
