Must haves: 1. Very Well spoken/fluent English 2. A computer with windows 7 or newer and good internet connection 3. A clear USB headset/microphone 4. No background or distractions while calling 5. Willing to work during U.S. business ---------- scription: Will work through a pre-provided lead list using outbound calling software. Follow scripts and develop interest in saving money on car/home insurance. Build interest and then transfer potential customers to one of our licensed agents.

Pay is hourly/commission based. We will pay $3.00 USD per hour, and $2.00 per successfully transferred lead that allows us to quote their insurance needs. There is no cap. If you transfer 5 leads per day, you will earn an extra $10.00 USD per day. If you transfer 8 leads per day, you will earn $16.00 USD per day, etc... Hours will be limited to 10amCST to 4pmCST Monday through Friday and will exclude Holidays.
