Real Estate Cold Caller for Wholesaling

VA will not call numbers on the National and State DO NOT CALL LIST. VA will cold call prospects using scripts in order to gather information on the owner and their property. VA will determine whether the prospect is a motivated (hot, warm, cold). VA must be experienced in using the Mojo Triple Dialer and is required to answer calls as they come into Call Rail throughout the day. VA will also have to screen call back callers for motivation. VA's objective is to determine seller motivation and to set appointments for acquisition managers to evaluate the property in order to make a cash offer.
