JOB OVERVIEW

This position is for a growing real estate wholesaling business. Some of the duties for the position are as follows:

- Convert and input Information into Excel spreadsheet.
- May be called upon to assist in call tracing/cold calling for new clients.
- Upon request, handle inbound/outbound calls.
- Scheduling/Screening calls for effective routing.
- Great English speaker to ensure the best customer services during calls.
- Great typing skills.
- Must understand the importance of asking questions, and making sure duties are performed as expected.
- Other duties as assigned.
