Virtual Assistant with Writing Ability

CEO of small UK based internet company is looking for a virtual assistant who is already experienced in writing articles and enjoys writing.
Requirements:

* - be able to write grammatically correct English
* - strong communication - if you don't know how to do something or there is a problem with something, whether personal or as a task, then you must tell me
* - be willing to learn (if you know of a better way, please tell me and we can change the process but until then we stick to the process that I outline at the start)
* - somebody who will make list of all tasks undertaken during each day, how long each take and will email this to me at the end of each day
* - self motivated
* - loyal to me (I am good to people who work for me)
* - hardworking
* - honest


A career plan will be worked on so that the individual will receive training in the following fields:
Internet SEO topics including:

* - backlinks
* - other SEO techniques
* - keyword research and analysis
* - how to create effective and powerful Squidoo pages
* - how to generate internet traffic
* - social media such as facebook and twitter
* - how to populate Twitter accounts


Other training will include:

* - how to spin articles
* - how to design graphics for Twitter backgrounds
* - how to create Facebook fan pages
* - how to write blog posts and post them
* - how to network effectively on social media sites


Other skills as yet to be identified. If there is something that you want to learn that fits with the marketing of the business, then we can discuss the possibility. I am a fair person and want my employee to be happy and productive. There will be an increase in salary as more skills are learnt.
