Primary duties:
-- Cold calling/outbound calling Prospective Homeowner Lists
-- Appointment Setting/Lead Generation from List of Leads
-- Daily report of calls made, no answers, busy signals, wrong numbers, disconnects---Also successful contact interactions, call backs, and appointments scheduled
-- Sales/Customer Service
-- Efficient Use of Time
-- Use of Phone Dialer
-- Daily report of calls made, no answers, busy signals, wrong numbers, disconnects---Also successful contact interactions, call backs, and appointments scheduled
-Social Media Management
-Quality Skip Tracing (Very Important)
-Social Media
Mandatory Skills:
-- Must be able to speak English clearly and fluent to ensure ability of caller understanding speech and grammar
-- Give warm and welcoming feeling during every call
-- Able to create advertisements, posts, or other correspondence without spelling or grammatical errors
