Task Manager Virtual Assistant

You will manage through all tasks allocated to freelancers (direct contacts, Fiverr, Upwork) in our Trello task manager software.

When they say work is complete, you will be responsible for testing and quality assurance of their work.

We are a Digital Marketing Agency, so the nature of the work is usually website or advertising related - some experience with Wordpress ---------- will involve at least 1hr per day first thing in your morning, and 1hr at the end of your day (no later than 8pm) every weekday.

You will be instant messaging various freelancers, helping to push tasks through - they need someone pushing them regularly.

You may also need to liaise directly with clients by email to confirm the completion of tasks.

You will need: charm, care, attention to detail, common sense, very good English, problem-solving skills and most importantly determination to get things done. And of course, you will need to be extremely organised.

We can guarantee hours even if freelancer tasks are low, with the following work you should also be comfortable with:

- Searching for industry news
- Posting to Social Media via Hootsuite
- Making graphics in Canva or similar
- Small changes to our website (Wordpress) e.g. swapping images, amending errors
- Making little videos of our blog content using Lumen5 software
- Other odd jobs from our team of 5

Pay will be monthly, paid per day of work at the end of each month.
Day rate payable will depend on experience and skills.

We have a 2-step "online interview" process - 2 Google Forms - to complete in the next 1 week.
