We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and products to our clients and we are seeking a motivated, high energy, self-starter and world-class Graphic/Web Designer to join our team!

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO MY PEOPLE KNOW:
- Conceptualize, design and implement creative ideas for our website, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our branding.
- Analyze the end-user needs and use them to create a website page that creates an enjoyable experience.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, simple, compelling, visually exciting and easy to use.
- Utilize new tools and technologies to improve the interface experience.
- Understanding new fads and trends are necessary.
- You are a motivated, self-starter with analytical, creative, strategic, technical and organizational skills that keep up with new web
development trends and tools.
- The ability to multi-task and promote productivity to support the business needs and be able to recognize the need to prioritize where appropriate.
- Initiative! We want our Graphic/Web Designer to be ahead of the curve, always working proactively, initiating process improvements and making sure we have clean, consistent practices among all studios.

YOUR SKILLS:
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
- Experience in E-commerce such as Shopify or Woocommerce plugin.
- Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
- Knowledge of full web design cycle.
- Fundamental experience and/or knowledge in photography is a plus!

ARE YOU QUALIFIED?
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in graphic design and website creation.
- Must have a firm understanding of changing technology, including software and tools for web design.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, IT, Multimedia Arts, Computer Science or equivalent with an ongoing desire and commitment for continued education.
- We will require a portfolio of your work showing your best creations.

- This is a remote position which gives you the opportunity to work from your desired location.
- Our culture is family and team-oriented and you will be part of the beautiful studio in the trendy area of Leslieville, Toronto. We are a team that harnesses hard work and play to keep our environment light, friendly and welcoming. We also occasionally bring in fur-babies to add to round out our studio culture!
