JOB OVERVIEW

We are a busy Amazon Seller and we are looking for a virtual assistant to help us manage our account admin.
We sell 5 products (very similar) across approx. 9 Amazon Countries.

We are looking for someone who is experienced in managing seller central and various admin tasks already!

Tasks:
1. Adding product information for listings (content will be provided, we just need help with updating fields and images).
2. Assist with creating new FBA or FBM listings on our market place (content provided).
3. Daily checks to ensure listings are active and we are the buy box.
4. Weekly checks on FBA shipments into Amazon (tracking the shipment details on DHL site and opening cases for shipments not checked in or not received in full).
5. Weekly refund reports - run excel refund reports and open up any cases necessary for outstanding refunds.
6. Reply to customer messages.
7. Reply to customer reviews and seller feedback (daily - standard responses will be provided).

Brand Registry - previous brand register experience a bonus.
Help with updating Brand Register Store and content.
