Virtual Assistant - Wanted For Two High-Profile Public Speakers & Online Marketers

Two, American-based high-profile, multi-six figure public speakers are looking for a long-term, full-time rockstar virtual assistant.

You must love to work in a high-paced, busy, sometimes chaotic environment, and be ready to just "go with it".

You must be online during your work day - all the time - and be able to respond to customer inquiries through our help desk immediately, while also working on 'bigger picture' items ... booking public speaking engagements, workshop venues and airplane tickets.

You need to be able to prioritise, work independently and yet know when to ask for help.

This suits a natural 'multi-tasker' who loves variety, deadlines, and fast paced, intense environments.

You need to have an eye for detail - and so make sure, when you respond to this posting - you share with me your favourite place to holiday.

Because of the role, you will need to have:

Excellent spoken and written English language skills.

Your tasks will include (but are not limited to):

1. Working with Infusionsoft - training provided, experience an advantage.
2. Replying and managing our Help Desk.
3. Skyping clients for appointments and payment follow-ups.
4. Confirming workshop and public speaking dates with venues/organisers.
5. Researching flights and accommodation.
6. Managing and tracking your tasks within our project management system.
7. Obtaining and scheduling additional public speaking engagements.
8. Blog & social media posts
9. Other jobs as required.

Personal Attributes:

Needless to say, you really will need to have a good attention to detail; AND you will need to be able to work well under pressure and often with an intense workload.

You'll really need to have initiative and own the tasks.

There are no minimum hours per week, and the maximum hours are 20 hours per week. Hours worked will be paid. Maximum rate is USD.
