Real Estate Company Looking for Website Manager

Looking part time Virtual Assistant that must be able to think quickly and handle multiple tasks at once. You must be responsible for managing the ins and outs of a website. HTML knowledge or other website related fields are a plus! Looking for someone who will be able to give me advise and knowledgeable about what brings business to websites.
