VA for E Commerce / Amazon FBA - Customer Success

Hi!
We are an e-commerce and Amazon business looking for an all-star Virtual Assistant to add to our team.

The main tasks involved will be responding to Amazon queries, emails, sending replacements, issuing refunds, monitoring reviews and other ad-hoc tasks.

We are looking for an assistant to master these customer service tasks. After this, we aim to provide additional tasks and for you to progress within the ranks.

We require daily communication, ability to adhere to deadlines, positive attitude, willing to learn and to be customer focused. The majority of your communication with customers will be by email, so you will need to have excellent written English skills and also experience in Amazon FBA.
