FULL-TIME SUPERSTAR Real Estate Investor VA - SALES CALLS, Lead Generation, Prospecting - Excellent English a must!!

Our awesome Ohio based Team is looking for 1-2 more VAs that already have FULL training in the past as a Real Estate Investor Virtual Assistant through one of the top companies such as IVAS, VA4REI, etc.

Do you speak VERY clear, very natural English? I'm talking a 5/5 level of English SPEAKING. This is one of the most important parts for us! The closer you have to a midwestern Ohio accent the Upgrade to see actual infond me a sample voice recording!

I need someone I can give a large task to with very few instructions and they are already trained well enough from the past that they can easily get it done. We will offer a small amount of training, but really we need someone that is already very experienced and ready to go!

As an example, we need DOZENS of additional cash buyer leads specific to rental property. Do you know how to target these people and get them on our buyers list? Do you know how to prospect for them, where to search, what methods to use, what software to use, etc? If so, tell us in the video you send!

That is just one example. There are hundreds of things we do here, so you will definitely never be bored and never not have work to do :)

We are a team of 11 people and there are always tasks to do. We work from 10am to 7pm Eastern time. Is this long shift OK with you? Are you ready to start full time onUpgrade to see actual info??

I will need you to build buyers lists, cold call sellers, call back our Podio leads, create spreadsheets, post to social media channels and find good blogs and content to post, research areas through county records and find special niche lists we can use, Post to Bigger Pockets for us, make research calls to Realtors, Insurance agents, etc when we give you a specific task. MANY more things you'll be doing with us!

You'll need to be able to post to Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and handle incoming calls and answer questions.

You'll need to create sales contracts for properties we buy and sell, and save things to Dropbox, Podio, etc.

We use CallRail, Podio, FB for messaging, Bigger Pockets, Zillow, Trulia, MLS, etc. We use a system with a large amount of automation built in (inside of Podio) so you'll definitely have to be good at mastering our Podio CRM within a few Upgrade to see actual info isn't hard, but you have to be very consistent and accurate!

PLEASE NOTE: I need a VA that is specifically trained in the past to work with Real Estate Investors, NOT REALTORS. Marketing to FSBOs and Expired listings is not something we do and our business is entirely different.

If you really have experience...what's the best text message blasting system that we should be using every time we have a new deal to send out to our buyers? What's the best way to skip trace leads so that you can call our niche lists (probate, divorce, etc) and get us deals?

Have you worked with pulling a niche list of some kind before? IE: Fire Damage, Code Violations, Probate, etc? If so, tell me about it in your video below.....it will definitely help!

We are currently buying 15-20 properties per month now with our current methods....what can you do for us to help us add 5 more properties each and every month? Tell me in your video below. If you are the person who can solve this and help us setup an awesome system to do so....there are large BONUSES and rewards for doing so! Can you lead and train new VAs as we hire them in the future?

We use Screenshot Monitor for monitoring, CallRail for calling, Facebook for communications with our team, Podio for our CRM, Have you used any of these, or similar programs and are you able to learn tech QUICKLY?

We need someone that TRULY understands sales and how to help our company. You will talk to prospects and need to be able to build rapport with them and get them to sell us their home.
