Full time Customer Service Agent

We are a small team of 12 specialising in online graphic software and we need someone attentive to customer needs to provide customer support full time, 6 days a week, 10 hours a day.

Requirements:
- excellent command of the english language, written and verbal
- experience in a customer facing environment
- fast typing skills
- fast internet connection
- ability to take a daily video calls with the support manager
- ability to work on saturdays or sundays (can alternate)
