Full Stack/PHP /Android developer needed

Hi, and thanks for looking. I am seeking a full stack developer that is familiar with PHP, .and at least android for an now, (ideally IOS as well)…
One of my websites is called ---------- . Right now, I am just using it for my own personal use, to keep track of calories eaten on a daily basis. Later on I would like to open it up to other users, and develop an android app, or iOS app for it. I also have two e-commerce websites, But my immediate need is for a PHP developer to help bring this site to the next level and also to make it more attractive, and add functionality
My budget is not super high on this project, but if you can help, please let me know.
