Write Tutorials on Building online Forms

I am looking for someone to write tutorials on building online forms (web forms)
For example,
- How to add a contact form to a wordpress site
- How to build an email form in PHP?
- Can we build an HTML form to send an email?
- How to handle radio buttons in a form?

and so on

You must be familiar with HTML, PHP and popular CMS like wordpress or joomla

The tutorials should be easy to understand. Use lots of screenshots to explain.

I would prefer to pay per job ( a batch of tutorials )

I will first give a small set and based on that job will proceed with more jobs.
