COLD CALLER SALES 40 HOURS PER WEEK

As our real estate business scales, we are seeking a motivated candidate to fill our Cold Caller Sales Associate position. This individual will serve as an integral part of our team. He/she will focus their efforts on prospecting new clients that are looking to sell their house.
This individual needs to be sharp, enthusiastic and ambitious. They should exude a discernible determination to aggressively achieve set goals. Primary responsibilities include the development, management and conversion of leads. Our ideal candidate will work to find new leads using a variety of prospective avenues. Working directly with prospective clients, this individual will understand client objectives and build and deepen relationships. This person must be able to energetically and effectively engage in quality conversations on the phone. A healthy drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity targets are a must.
The Cold Caller Sales Associate chosen for our team will maintain rigorous prospecting for new business opportunities. He/she will be committed to the business achieving greater levels of success as well as developing his/her skill sets so as to thrive and flourish within the team.
