The company serves customers in various industries including manufacturing, life-sciences, retail, logistics, professional services, banking, and insurance across North America.
Currently we are looking for home-based full time recruiters/Technical Account Managers who have understanding of the US IT recruitment industry or experience as full- or part- time recruiters. They must also have understanding of various technology systems such as SAP products, Salesforce products, Big Data technologies, cloud technologies, Integration/middle-ware/BPM products. Looking for superstars who have worked in the IT recruitment industry before and extremely hungry to perform. You will be provided a solid base and comp/closure. You will be measured on your relationship with clients, candidates and your team members, # of submissions, and # of closures per week. Job Responsibilities
Research and qualify the opportunities using the databases provided and through social channels and job boards
Find suitable candidates through secondary research and interview them to assess fit
Work with account managers in fulfilling their opportunities and supporting them with your technical skills
Build strong relationships in the candidate community so they champion our brand in the talent community in order to increase our referral channels
Meet targets by placing the required candidates, earning assigned margins, and submitting the required number of candidates on a weekly basis
Go through the required trainings and maintain knowledge of industry, trends, technologies, processes, and the tools used
Collaborate with team members and work as a team to help management form a well-functioning team
Other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
1-5 years of experience as a IT recruiter
2-4 years of experience in the client-facing jobs (sales, account management, or customer service)
Understanding of how to run a effective discovery calls, conduct interviews,source resume, types of visas and employment types in the US, understanding of US geography and culture
Above average communication skills, written as well oral
Excellent work ethic, passion for their work, and ability to work in diverse teams in the remote setting
Work hours
40 hrs per week in the EST time zone between 8a-6p ET.
