You are going to be the face of our company during answering these
Our customer service team already has 3 others involved, you will be following the training process we have laid out.
Our requirements for this position will be:
- Prior Customer Service Experience
- Fully Fluent In English
- Educated
- Tech Savvy
- Friendly & ready to learn
- Able to answer at a minimum of 200 tickets per day!
We will be going through a very extensive process to make sure you are the right representative, as we have had to terminate quite a few who think they can pull one over on the boss.
We will take care of you, just listen to what we have to say and join our team with open arms.
