Job Description:
Much of your time will be spent calling small businesses (child care programs). You will be calling/emailing inbound leads as well as outbound cold calling. You must have a desire to close, but also be caring and compassionate with a desire to help providers grow their business. This is NOT a hard sales role, we are not looking for sharks who will sell at all costs. You must have a high degree of Empathetic Intelligence to succeed (if you're unsure what Empathetic Intelligence is, read this VERY useful info:
What You'll Be Doing:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and
• Manage your leads pipeline: follow-up
• Accurately maintain records in Salesforce to ensure up-to-date customer information and status
• Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales quotas
• Communicate clearly, provide exemplary customer service and manage long-term, high-value relationships
Qualifications:
• Native/fluent English speaker
• 2-10+ years of experience with inside sales, preferably to SMBs (customer support is not sufficient)
• Be EXTREMELY attentive to details with consistent 100% ERROR-FREE execution
• Owner mentality: you’re self-motivated, set your own goals and deliver results working independently
• Be tenacious, high-energy, positive and able to overcome objections
• Outstanding written & phone communication skills, and fast typing skills
• Home office: high speed internet + privacy (office/room with no background noise)
• Not required but a BIG plus – you’re fluent in Spanish
