Virtual Assistant Responsible For Graphics, Updating HTML pages & Support

HTML, CSS & Java

Do you know html? Can you build web pages from scratch. Can you edit pages and add content such as graphics, video etc?

Some Templates will be provided but you must understand html pages and servers and how to manage both.

Graphics

You will need extensive capabilities in creating unique graphics.

You will be required to create logos, banners, and other graphical images.

Wordpress & Support (These tasks are secondary to the Graphics & HTML work)

Then we want you - please read this entire post carefully ...

We are looking for a Wordpress expert to work on our support desk and keep the response time for support to under 12 hours.

You must be very experienced in Wordpress and have the ability to learn quickly any new theme, plugin or strategy that is given to you to test.

You must be able to ascertain exactly what the customers and buyers are asking for and respond politely with professionalism.

You must be able to access customers websites to check they have installed and configured their products correctly (according to our training) and rectify any errors.

You must be able to determine when a developer is required to check the site and provide them with full details of the problem and the checks you have already made.

You will be required to assist in the creation of new detailed Support FAQ to keep support tickets to a minimum. These you will determine based on the support requests you are receiving.

Whilst your main responsbilities are in the Support area, you will also be required to perform tests on new products that we are reviewing and provide feedback to the Team with your thoughts and recommendations.

Sometimes a video may be required to show the effectiveness of the plugin/theme or other product we are reviewing.

- ability to understand and work with Wordpress to a high degree of experience
- ability to write in excellent English
- ability to write up FAQ, including PDFs for customers to download to limit support request
- ability to make videos showing recommendations to the TEAM and /or Customers
- ability to assess the effectiveness and benefits of a new product we as a team are reviewing for our partners.
