Facebook/Instagram Ads Account Manager

Hello, My name is Tess, I am writing this on behalf of my legally blind dad. He is looking for an individual that already knows how to do Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads, and management of those ads. Must already know how to research audiences, write copy, post, and manage ads. To be considered please complete the following tasks:
