Video editor/graphic designer

I'm in need of a Video editor/graphic designer

I'll pay you on a per video basis. You will receive $10 per video

I need someone who can make video ads for me on facebook. I will send you ideas of videos for a certain product and you will make a video advertisement for it. You can make them in your own unique style, or I will send you a already existing one and I would need you to create a better one.

Video editor must understand marketing and the specific pain points that a video needs for a product to sell. I will send you examples and tutorial on how to make video ads for facebook and the marketing behind it to get people buy the product.

Video editor must have these following skills:

Adobe premier pro or other editting software
Photoshop
Be able to create 3 videos per week
Fluent in English
Prior Facebook videos ads experience is a plus.

I will send you a link to a certain product and a video ad example to test your abilities. If these are good and the criteria then I will hire you to be my freelance video ---------- 's very important that:
1. You make NOTHING you create violates a copyright
2. Nothing you send was ever previously or will never in the future be sent to anyone else. (All original creatives)
