JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Screening resumes
• Performing Skype/phone interviews with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Performing reference and background checks
• Making recommendations to company hiring/campaign managers
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring/campaign managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws
regarding employment practices
• Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees

Requirements:

• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Highly organized and a good problem solver
• Strict attention to detail
• Fluent with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word
• Bachelor’s degree an advantage
• Must be willing to work from 9AM – 6PM PST or 12AM – 9AM MNL
• Reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 3mbps & up, pc/laptop, back up pc and internet connection, and headset w/ a noise reduction feature
