Flex / PHP / MySQL Programmer

We are looking for a fast learning person able to take initiatives and able to take a huge amount of responsibilities.

Responsabilities:

- Programming and management of servers for membership websites
- Create and program multiplayer flash games. Integrate games to the website design.
- Manage and program MySQL databases
- Program advanced search tools to look into the user database.

Essential skills:

- Be polyvalent and very self-driven.
- You need to speak and write very good English (for team communication). You will be working with French and English Canadians, but only English is required.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a webmaster and programmer.
- Strong HTML, CSS, PHP and flex/flash coding skills.
- Strong database coding skills (mySQL)
- Knowledge in server security.
- Have easy access to a high speed internet connection.

Optionals but highly regarded skills:

- Experience in website design and flash
- Experience with membership websites

This is a home based job. You will work in team with Canadians, strating at 6:00 AM Manila time. There is no artistic skill required for this job. You will be working in team with flash designers and artists who will provide all the animations and images.

This is not a single project, but a full time job. Performance bonuses will be given depending of the success of each project. There will be very good opportunities for advancement as the company is growing fast.

Your skills will be tested by a team member, and you will be given a quick task (1h) to ensure that you have the appropriate skills.
